Here's what others have to say...

If coverage is a worry then look no further. These shorts have the longest inseam of any mtb shorts I own (Troy Lee Design Moto Short, Fox Ranger). Very durable, pockets are located in convenient spots (you can actually put stuff in your pockets and it doesnt distract from riding) good venting as well. Bought em for full price, dunno if they're worth the money but I'd certainly suggest them to a friend. I'm 6'2 190 and I fit comfortably in a 32.

In all honesty these are my favorite shorts to ride in. They're long. Comfortable. And look pretty cool. Sure it's not the most durable material but they're not for lift days. There are those of us that like to ride to the top for the down and these are the pants we wear. I like the additional padding the chamois gives. Good pair o' shorts.

Without a doubt the best gloves I've ever owned. My first pair of these I purchased 4 years ago and used without a rip or any issues with seams or material quality deteriorating until about 2 months ago when a crash on some mean granite ripped the palm open, of course I immediately ordered some new ones. Intermittently i've tried a handful of gloves like the Giro Xen or the Fox Dirtpaw but I always find myself going back to my Cross X's. Great glove. Great material. Great protection. Get em.

Grabbed the last short cage from here before they were gone for a crazy price. Running this on my Santa Cruz Nomad and it's a perfect match. The derailleur in it's self is a work of art and makes my riding so much smoother with a quicker response and higher clearance off the ground (short cage). Love it. I'd suggest it to any type of rider.

A buddy of mine got this helmet and let me tell ya, it's pretty cool. I really like the design that Urge came up with, it's a little different from the rest. It's different from others in two ways: one, the visor is malleable and will move out of the way in a crash, reducing neck injury and allowing the helmet to take the force of the fall, and secondly is that the helmet wraps the back of your head to more thoroughly protect your rear lobes. Reason for 4 stars is it still isnt as rad as the Fox Flux! I would definitely suggest the Urge Endur-o-Matic to anyone!

Rocked this guy for about a month. Then on a sad september day down in moab, i left it in my car when i was out to lunch. The heat in my car from the moab sun turned the foam of my helmet molten and it began to bubble and expand. Not a happy camper. Other than that the helmet seemed to do its job well. Adjustable in both head circumference and chin strap made for a comfortable fit. Quite stylin' as well. I'd say go for it and buy it. Just dont leave it in you car, at noon, in the heat of southern utah's sun.

When i pulled these out of the package my first thought was "that looks like storm trooper armour". Anyway, these are some seriously durable knee and shin guards. Took a few nasty falls with these before the season ended and i came out of the falls without so much as a scratch (on my legs). Very breathable as they dont have the enclosed sleeve on the back apposed to Race Faces DH model. I'd suggest these to anyone who wants a little leg protection when attempting gnarly descents .

These things mean business. I'm all about the knee pads when doin' a gnarly descent and these have saved my knees more times than i can count. Flexible and comfortable nylon allow for some decent breath-ability, velcro straps cinch em tight to your legs. I'm a fan of the padding as it's not a hard plastic but rather a hard foam that takes a lot of the force away from your knee.

Snagged these on chainlove a few months back and was only slightly impressed. Seems like a durable enough glove but i like to have a little more support on the exterior of the glove (padding, velcro). Other than that though the glove does a great job. Well ventilated, stylin', and pretty durable.

It makes complete sense why Steve Peat uses these. Crazy dexterity. If you're a fan of firm grips as i am then these're awesome. Your hands do get fatigued after a long ride as there isn't much cushion. Look awesome. Feel awesome. Never had a problem with a lizard skin product!
