The Mighty Wasatch Mountains

Andrew Mark's Bio

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, I grew up hiking, backpacking, climbing, kayaing and generally romping about the woods. I took a four year stint in college in Tacoma, WA where I majored in Biology with minors in both Tomfoolery and Shenanigans (Ultimate Frisbee). I'm now back in Salt Lake, playing Ultimate and romping in the mountains whenever I get a chance.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

HydroFlask is one of the big names in the industry for a reason. Their stuff is high quality, durable, and sleek. I picked up this water bottle as a gift, and the recipient loves it. They use it every day. Keeps the hot things hot and the cold things cold.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Bought one of these before snowboard season, because let's face it, when it's cold out we all can use a little nip of whiskey on the lift. Graphic is cool, it doesn't leak, and it fits in your jacket pocket.

So Nalgene seems to have become the standard for high quality water bottles, and with good reason. The bottle itself is practically indestructible (I've seen a car back over one and it didn't break or crack). Holds a full liter of delicious H2O, is easy to clean, not too bulky. There's a reason everyone and their mother has one - and you should too.
