I've taken this jersey on multiple 50+ mile endurance rides and two hour road bike races in Texas. Neither did I over heat or feel constricted in my movements. I have a 40" chest and the medium fits loosely enough to breath normally but snug enough that the bladder does not slide around on my back. A normal cycling jersey/shirt over this racebak does help as well to keep the racebak in place.
Great light for night rides within the city limits and out in the dark of night outside the city. 4 settings: high, medium, low, and flashing. You have to hold the on/off button after the light is on to turn it off, and then keep holding the button to change it to flashing. The power button illuminates while the light is on to show how much charge is left. The faster a red light blinks under the green constant light, the shorter the run time that's left. The blinking speed will change as the light mode changes through settings from high to flashing
Great mountain bike pedals, great entry level pedal as well, the spring in the clamp allow for a wide range of comfort for releasing cleats, easiest release is still tight enough to hold in your cleat. This pedal also requires minimum maintenance (some required). Also use them as road pedals, work well as road pedals, walking is a little goofy, but on the bike, the work well.
