Consider the cat out of the bag -- a forward body position is ideal for both triathlon and time trial. However, we don't all have bikes with 78 degree seat tube angles, do we? Well, lucky for us all, Profile Design created the Fast Forward Aluminum Seatpost to alleviate this problem.

The Fast Forward Aluminum features a 38mm offset, meaning that it moves your riding position 38mm forward. So, for a real world example, the Fast Forward will make a 73 degree seat tube angle more like a 78 degree seat tube angle. Accordingly, you're able to achieve a more forward position, limiting the required stretch that's necessary for the TT body position. Additionally, it creates a direct drive of power to the cranks, while reducing pressure and stress to the perineum region.

For the the construction, Profile Design employed the lightweight and durable 6061-T6. Accordingly, the Fast Forward only tips the scales around 300 grams without sacrificing anything to strength or rigidity.

The Profile Design Fast Forward Aluminum Seatpost is available in the color Black and in both 27.2 and 31.6mm diameters. Please note that this seatpost features a length of 265mm and 38mm of offset.
