So it is with the Giordana Sport Bib Shorts. Here, they use their highest-tech fabrics and their most modern paneling to create a timeless look and equally long-lasting comfort.

The legs are constructed out of HC44. This is a high-compression nylon/Lycra that has 44 threads per centimeter for a high-density, leg-massaging fit. The panels are joined with contrasting flat-panel stitching to keep everything together and looking good.

The legs are finished with a 7cm wide band of Ametista fabric. This is a power Lycra that compresses for its grip, so no silicone gripper is necessary. Ametista is also used because it has carbon threads woven in, which provide anti-bacterial and anti-static properties. The bibs are made of the same stuff, though the straps are pre-contoured to better follow a human torso. The space between the bibs in back is filled with a micromesh panel to better support the legs.

Because they are going for a timeless look, there is an embroidered Italian tricolor logo, a Giordana aegis patch on the rear, Giordana Sport logo flocked on the right leg, another logo inside the Ametista leg band, and a contrasting grey for the bands well as colorful stripes running across them.

The Giordana Sport Bib Shorts come in Black with Grey leg bands. The leg bands have Black/blue/red, Black/yellow/beige, or Black/Italia stripes. There is a reflective tab on the back of the left leg. Sizes run from Small to XX-Large.
