Two modes, simple as can be
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I like this light a lot for the simplicity it offers. There's one button and two modes --solid and flash. I prefer the flash for almost everything, because this isn't necessarily the brightest light out there. That said, on the steady mode, it'll throw enough light to get you home safely, and help you miss the potholes along the way.
The bar mounting system is simple enough that I don't mind moving it between bikes, and once you get to your destination, the main light slides off the mounting bracket really easily, so you don't have to worry about installing/uninstalling it just to keep it from getting stolen.
I've had this light on my bikes for nearly two years now, riding in all kinds of weather, and it hasn't failed me at all, and I don't think I've even changed the battery yet.
Great, simple, solid light.
Gets the job done
- Gender: Male
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
This guy has been working out for me pretty well. I use it to bike to and from work in the city before the sun comes up and after it goes down. It slides on and off the mount very easily, and the mount fits onto handlebars easily. Its not the absolute brightest light ever, but for the price its more than bright enough to get me from a to b. Good light!
