  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This light was great for commuting purposes (not complete darkness) while it was working, except for a few issues. First, the light would once in awhile accidentally turn on in my bag (in a specific pocket for this light and also a tail light). Second, you need a screwdriver to access the battery case - this isn't a problem except for the next point. Third, the alkaline batteries (that came with the light) leaked and ruined the light. If there was easy access to the compartment, I would consider removing the batteries when not in use, but the screw cover makes it difficult.

Good bright light

Bright light, you can see far forward but not much on the sides of a bike path, not great in turns when you ride fast.
