Description

Shock your teammates by leaving them in your dust.

Join the carbon legion aboard the Pinarello FP2 SRAM Rival Carbon Road Bike. The FP2 is Pinarello's entry-level carbon road bike, but being a Pinarello, entry level is certainly a relative term. Full SRAM Rival drivetrain and MOst components make this bike the perfect starting point for anyone about to upgrade his or her race category.

  • Compact SRAM Rival crankset offers excellent stiffness and power transfer, and smaller chainrings are perfect for non-climbing specialists
  • Full carbon fiber construction offers a stiff but comfortable ride
  • Oversized bottom bracket and thick layup around the BB area ensures high performance during out-of-the-saddle sprints

Very happy with my choice!

Love this bike and the people at RealCyclist were awesome!

Out of the box it only took me about 45 minutes to put the bike together (attach the handlebars, mount the wheels, insert the seat tube, & check tire pressure).

The bike rides like a dream. It feels like it wants to go faster than I'm able to peddle it and I can't wait to ride it further next time.

As for the fine people at RealCyclist, Chris S. was exceptionally helpful and was able to get my order out to me fast! I love these guys! I'll definitely be ordering from here again whenever I need cycling stuff.

What a ride!

What an incredible ride! Having come from an aluminum bike with a carbon front fork and Frankenstein shimano components, this is a dream! The SRAM Rival double tap system is awesome, smooth, and so easy to use. The frame is light, responsive, soaks up the vibrations, and is dang sexy! Looked at an orbea b105 as well, and glad i went this route! only complaint, the seat is not comfy, but I have one that I like so I will change it out!

What a ride!

Great Bike

It is the best ever choiced that I made in the bike, Pinarello was certainly make a very good bike and the quality of the craftman was excellent, and a great prize. I was kind of wonder to ordered a bike online but with realcyclist.com everything was great and I had found out that they are very professional and know how to sizing it just by talking in the phone, I received the bike in perfect condition and everything was just ready to go by attaching the front and rear wheels and the handle bar, that's how easy it was and ready to ride the bike. highly recommend :) !!!.

no larger than a 53cm... I'm 5'11 shorter torso and longer limbs so after a year of riding a 54cm (Felt road bike) I got tired of fighting the cramping & the tight hold on my cash and upgraded to a 56cm... it was perfect fit, no pain amd actually got gain in energy efficientcy and cadance/speed, and agility... body fit was weighted perfectly. but everyones body is different, if you haven't already done so, and don't want to purchase and send back for a different size... test ride a couple of different high end biks from your LBS, and even get a fitting, it helps in the long run. but based on your height alone, a 54/53(depending on maker/brand) would be the largest, a 51/52cm may work as well depending on your body's geometry...I bring this up only because when I first started (I don't mean to imply this is your first) I went through a couple of bikes and lots of frustration... trial n error is sometimes costly especially on your wallet & then I didn't know or think to get fitted or to atleast shop craiglist or ebay for used bikes from professional riders looking to upgrade to newer bike... would have saved me many dollars...hope this helps

I heard that these frame run large and a 53cm Pinarello frame's top tube equals a 56cm frame of most other companies. Do you know if this is true? Do you know TT length of the 53cm frame. Cheers!
