Pictures cleverly designed Vellir mountain bike shorts feature an ergonomic fit and adjusted cut above the knees. For unrestricted movement and functionality, we added a high-back waist, as well as large and secure pockets. Made with a high-performance fabric with perforated details to enhanced breathability, these shorts feature an elastic waistband with an integrated buckle closure system and elastic loops to connect to Pictures inner shorts, as well as a right-hand side pocket with neoprene mesh lining for phone.

Comfy, Cute, Lightweight

I was very surprised by how light yet comfortable this fabric is. Very breathable for the hotter temps we get here in Utah, I like these a lot better than my other pairs of mtb shorts with thiccccc fabric. The shorts are comfy, I like the length and the fit is very flattering (haha far more so than the kinda bad product pictures here on this backcountry.com webpage). Because this is a European brand, I always have to size up bc I am curvy with muscular thighs and bum. I require a size M.

Big Fan

I am a huge fan of these shorts. They are lightweight, very stretchy, and extremely comfy. Overall, they fit pretty true to size, I am usually a medium across the board (5'4' and 135lb) and wear a medium in these as well.

High quality for the price

I love the fit of these shorts - they maybe run a little small, but also have a decent amount of stretch in them and the length and cut are both ideal. They feel like way higher quality than the price suggests - especially considering they're made with recycled materials.

These MTB shorts are great, I have worn mine a few times. I love the pockets and the length. They seem to run a little snug, I have a small and wish I sized up to a Medium, but a lot of European brands seem to run small. Great shorts and with a great sustainability story.
