When it’s time to increase your mileage, go for comfort in the saddle.

Super-wicking Ultra Sensor fabric and mesh provide ultimate comfort in the Pearl Izumi Men's Elite Bib Short. Wide, mesh-lined straps keep the bib comfortably in place, while the short’s multi-panel construction compresses and supports your muscles over long rides. Pearl Izumi’s anatomically sculpted, low-profile Elite 3D chamois delivers the padding you need with a minimum of bulk, and is topped with a carbon-infused fabric for optimal thermal regulation and antimicrobial protection. Flatlock seams eliminate chafing, while silicone leg grippers hold the hems in place.

Great value

These fit great for me. The mesh upper section helps keeps thing cool, doesn't chafe the nipples, and is nice and wide to so you don't have any pressure point from the straps.

Chamois is just the right amount of pad in all the right places for me. Enough to do a century on my road bike on a Toupe saddle but not too bulky or diaper like to bunch or feel goofy on my MTBs.

The hems are great, they don't seem over elasticized and the gripper pads are really unobtrusive but the legs still manage to stay put just fine.

They seem to be holding up really well. I've probably got ~50 rides in on the set I've got (about half and half between road rides and MTB w/ baggies over them) and they are none the worse for wear so far.

Amazing Bib

These were my first pair of bibs, and these have made me never want to go back to just shorts. The chamois is wonderful, even on the longest of rides, and I've had no issues with chafing with the suspenders. Size wise, I purchased a M and I'm 5'10 175lbs and I wear a 32/32. Fits perfectly even with what my girlfriend calls "Linebacker legs".

Edit: After a good 6 months or so of use, the chamois still smells new after washing and has retained no stink whatsoever. Sadly my Castelli bibs can't say the same.

great bib

Just like the older version but the new grippers on the thigh are so much better! Highly recommended.

Great fit.

The chamois has the best fit out of all pairs of shorts I own. It just feels right. Everyone should own this bib short.

first bib I've owned since I was a toddler

These things are great. First off I'd recommend doing extensive research on fit between brands before buying. If you're a guy with a few extra pounds Pearl Izumi is supposed to be the right fit. I'm 5'8" and ~180lbs, a little junk in the trunk and a slight beer gut so I went with these in a large. So far I can't complain, they're comfortable, I don't chafe, and the last thing I think about is how hard my saddle is or how much my butt hurts. The bib is also great as if you're like me you don't have to worry about spilling over when you've been riding to the bar more often than riding centuries.
