Pearl Izumi Select Women's Tri Shorts $0.00
Speed for three.
Consisting of six precision-shaped panels of Pearl Izumi's Select Transfer fabric, the Select Women's Tri Shorts feature a next-to-skin fit that holds your muscles in place, while still permitting a full-range of motion. Unlike cycling shorts, Pearl Izumi cut the Tri Shorts' panels so that they won't hinder a stride or kick. Amazingly, though, they still support efficient pedaling. This is because the shape works in conjunction with Select Transfer's natural elasticity.
Comprised of a nylon and elastane blend, Pearl Izumi engineered the Select Transfer fabric to dry quickly. This encourages more comfort during the transition from water to land. But, just as importantly, it also pulls and evaporates perspiration in order to aid in reducing skin irritation. Another essential feature that keeps the shorts from chafing is Izumi's TRI quick-dry fleece chamois.
This chamois is designed for cycling comfort, however, just as much consideration has gone into how it will perform during the other stages of your race. Its shape is less obtrusive than a typical cycling insert, and it's also been made more flexible for the run and the swim. So, you're able to reap the rewards of support in the saddle, without compromising any comfort in your other two disciplines.
The Pearl Izumi Select Women's Tri Shorts are available in five sizes from X-Small to X-Large and in the colors Black, Black/lime, and Black/scuba blue.
