Pearl Izumi Select Thermal Barrier Women's Pants $114.95
Never stop riding
Thermal tights are great if you're pushing hard in cold weather, but for rides of a more relaxed pace, a relaxed fitting pant is often more appropriate. That's where the Pearl Izumi Select Women's Thermal Barrier Pant enters the picture. It's built from weather-resistant fleece to keep you warm, with a cut that's contoured, and offers some extra room for extra warmth.
The Select Thermal Barrier pant is built from Pearl's Select fleece. The material was chosen for its blend of light insulation, and excellent weather protection. It's windproof and water resistant, so moderate wind and rain are blocked out, while the fleece keeps you warm. So, sweat is pulled from the inside to the surface of the jacket, where it can evaporate. And that means you'll be warm and dry, instead of feeling like you're cooking in a sauna.
When trying on the Select pant, you'll notice the semi-form fit cut, which basically means that it employs a relaxed, yet anatomic cut. So, they'll move with your body and provide a degree of room for comfort and warmth, without being baggy. The cuffs rely on a zipper closure, which makes it possible to put these on without removing your shoes. There's reflective accents to increase your visibility to motorists. And just a heads up-- there's no pockets on these pants. So, you'll want to use the storage provided by your jacket.
The Pearl Izumi Women's Select Thermal Barrier Pant is available in six sizes from X-Small to XX-Large, and in the color Black.
