Mountain Bike Kids' Gloves

Many of us have fond childhood memories of riding around the neighborhood, and what better way to relive those memories than to share the experience with your little one? Properly fitting gloves, like the Pearl Izumi Kids' Mountain Bike Gloves, go a long way to ensuring that your whippersnapper is comfortable. Pearl Izumi built these gloves out of a polyester/spandex blend. Why? Because it's a wicking material. Basically, this fabric blend will transport moisture from your kids' hands to the outside of the fabric, where it's able to evaporate quickly. So, their hands stay dry, not clammy. The synthetic leather palm protects against cuts and scrapes, while also providing an unrestricted handlebar feel. That keeps your little one in control throughout their entire ride. And speaking of control, there's silicone grippers applied to the tips of the index and middle finger. Basically, this keeps those fingers where they need to be, on the brake levers, when the trail gets bumpy.

Kids' gloves are particularly vulnerable to bunching, and any excess fabric will quickly cause discomfort. Accordingly, Pearl Izumi employed its 1:1 glove fit, which keeps the palm of the gloves tight. That's especially helpful when those hands are grabbing onto a pair of grips. And to make your life a bit easier, these gloves utilize a cuff-less design in order to take the struggle out of getting them on and off smaller hands.
