More cush, more miles.

The Pearl Izumi Men's EM Road N 3 Running Shoe is a neutral trainer with plenty of cush for the long runs. Its Dynamic Offset E:Motion midsole is Pearl Izumi's most cushioned midsole, now updated with a more medial flare for neutral runners. Fine-tuned Energy Foam platforms in the forefoot and heel enhance stability without compromising flexibility, and they return energy and offer extra cush. Pearl Izumi's 3D seamless upper provides a sock-like feel and structural support. The EM Road sole features grippy and soft blown rubber at the forefoot and abrasion-resistant carbon rubber at the crash pad.

  • 3D seamless upper
  • Energy Foam at forefoot and heel
  • Dynamic Offset E:Motion midsole
  • High-density medial post
  • Blown rubber with carbon rubber crash pad

100+ miles and happy

Suffer from underpronation and weak legs. These do the trick. Good amount of cushion for long runs and daily training. Meant for road and that's where I keep them. Seamless upper is amazing and they fit true to size.

    Awesome high mileage shoe

I've tried a lot of new shoes this year and this one is my favorite. So far, I've got about 150+ miles on my first pair and just ordered a new pair to put in my closet for when these are done. The fit seems pretty true to size. First time I put it on it just seemed to wrap around my foot and disappear. Some shoes can give me trouble if the toe box is narrow, these seem to be just right, not over wide but not too narrow. Also love the dynamic offset drop. So many shoes have a zero drop OR are on the opposite end of the spectrum which is why I love the 4 - 7.5mm on the N3's. Feet and legs feel great after my long runs.

    New Favorite Running Shoe

Pearl Izumi N3 is the perfect package. Most high cushion shoes are too soft and feel squishy. Pearl Izumi nailed the smooth transition through the gait cycle. As always their 3D print upper fits any foot. I've used this model as my high mileage trainer, and it holds up great. Perfect for someone running high miles, on their feet all day, or looking for a comfortable walk around shoe. I love Pearl because they are known for making quality product that lasts!

These shoes are awesome. They have wonderful cushioning but are also responsive. They feel great right out of the box and last forever. Recently won awards in Runner's World and Outside Magazine.
