Lightweight grip and bar feel.

Designed with a 1:1 anatomic fit, the Pearl Izumi Women's Divide Glove eliminates palm bunching and abrasion on long-distance rides. Tough synthetic leather palms provide great dexterity and bar feel, while breathable mesh along the glove's backside circulates cool air for enhanced comfort on warm-weather rides.

The Divide is touchscreen compatible, allowing you to snap pictures and change playlists without painstakingly taking it off. Other performance features include silicone screened fingertips for extra grip when you're braking and riding at high speeds, as well as a soft, low-profile wiping surface along the thumb.

Get a handle on things!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small

These are really light and breathable gloves. No padding, but it does not seem to be a big deal with these gloves and my hands, I love the fit, I got them in M / purple and love them. I do have gloves with padding for certain rides, but overall, I will ride these on smooth and flowy to down and out rock garden, steps, drops etc..go anywhere do anything glove! Mtn bike guiding in Moab , crushing the Whole Enchilada, and beyond, these gloves are along for the ride!

lightweight gloves for summer

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These gloves have been great for riding on hot days, since the mesh back is super breathable and the fabric on the palms is perforated. Depending on what kind of riding you do, you might want to look for something with more padding/protection around the knuckles and palms. I feel like I'm sacrificing some protection with these since they're so thin (I mountain bike and tend to crash/accidentally punch trees on the side of the trail a lot...) Other than that, they're durable, grippy gloves, and pretty stylin' to boot.

Love these gloves!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Since getting these gloves they are the only ones I've used mountain biking. They fit perfectly and do not ride up between my fingers. They do not have any padding but that has not been a problem for me. I have great dexterity and they keep my hands cool on hot days. I would definitely recommend these to anyone!
