Pearl Izumi Canyon Women's Jersey $44.95
Simple and effective.
When you need a no-nonsense top for a casual ride on the trail, look no further than the Pearl Izumi Canyon Women's Jersey. It's a well-sorted top, that has all of the things that you need and nothing that you don't.
For example, there's no reason for a mountain jersey to have back pockets, as you're typically wearing a pack on the trail. Accordingly, the Canyon is absent of them. It also doesn't need a gripper or drop-tail hem, as you're not going to be crouched in drops like on a road bike. However, it's nice to have a zippered pocket for your keys, and in that area, the Canyon delivers.
Pearl Izumi designed the Canyon for warm-weather riding. And along these lines, Izumi constructed the jersey from its breathable and moisture-wicking Transfer fabric. Essentially, this material feels light and airy on the skin, yet its polyester composition is an efficient moisture manager. As a result, you remain dry and comfortable on long rides.
Simplicity is also a big part of what makes the Canyon a favorite, which is a welcomed departure from the jerseys that're strewn from collar to hem with bells, whistles, and doo-dads. There's really just one feature that sets it apart from a plain tech shirt, and that's a zippered side pocket that ensures that you get home with your keys.
The Pearl Izumi Canyon Women's Jersey is available in six sizes from X-Small to XX-Large and in the colors Black, Lime, Orchid, and Scuba Blue.
