Shake off the winter blues.

The best way to prevent the winter blues is to never stop riding in the first place. Maintain your peak form through brutal winter months with the Pearl Izumi Women's AmFib Cycling Tights. This full-length cycling tight protects you from light precipitation and frigid fronts with its wind and water-resistant AmFIB softshell fabric. Elite Thermal Fleece is placed along the backside for enhanced thermo-regulation without compromising mobility. Plus, its 7-inch lower leg zip facilitates easy on and off, while reflective elements keep you visible when you're riding after dark.

Integrated with Pearl's top-shelf Elite 3D chamois, this full-length cycling tight offers high-density, pre-shaped padding for blissful comfort on long, grueling rides. This breathable four-way stretch chamois actively pulls moisture off your body to prevent chafing, while its Pressure Relief Technology enhances comfort by improving bloodflow when you're in the saddle for long durations. Moreover, this chamois uses active carbon yarns for improved temperature regulation and reduced static fatigue.

Here's what others have to say...

Good winter tights

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:True to size

Pros: Warm tights with very effective wind panels. Great chamois for long rides. Convenient zippers at the bottom of the legs. Long enough for my height.
Cons: the wind panels on the front of the legs don't allow for any stretching in that area and make the tights feel a little weird.

great pants... with an alteration

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

Size medium fit me perfectly. The tights are also warm and wind-blocking. The chamois was kind of "bunchy;" I'm used to chamois that will lay flat in the pants. I took a tip from Assos, and *carefully* removed the stitching from the sides of the chamois, and now they feel great!

not a good fit

  • Familiarity:I returned this product before using it
  • Fit:True to size

the waist was low; the articulated knee section was also too low; I'm too short (5'4"); and so the fit was all wrong for me. however, the chamois seemed very good and the material would probably have been good for temps in the 30's at least.
