Nice set of wrenches

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Sort of bummed that these don't have a phillips or flat head screw driver, but these are a great set of hex wrenches.

The #10 has every size that I need for my bike and it's a big enough tool that it won't easily be lost!

This is your tool...

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is the only real tool you need for the majority of everything you are going to do on your bike. I have like 5 of them throughout my tool boxes and riding packs. At the races we put on I always had one in my pocket because someone always was in need of an adjustment.

beater tools

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This might be one of my longest-lived multi tools, probably because it doesn't get lost like ones that are light enough to go in the pack, but is sturdy enough to do most repairs. The 11 is nice as most multi tools don't have these larger sizes, and if they do the leverage doesn't quite cut it.

A bomber hex set for the toolbox

While it is a little too large and heavy for me to carry around in my pack, I like the length of the wrenches for non critical repairs like removing/ installing a water bottle cage.

    Sweet little pocket tool

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

So far Ive not had a thing on my bike that this single tool set hasn't helped with. It is must have for the trail

Great tools for sure. Here's some helpful info on the different sizes:

    The AWS-10 has the following sized hex wrenches- 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm

    The AWS-11 has these sized hex wrenches- 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 13mm

    Must Have

Not sure if there is a more important tool for your bike than allan wrenches. Why not have them all in one compact place for around $10.00!? Some of the CB multi-tools have 26 different tools with different colors and weigh as much as some XC bikes... and how many of those tools do you regularly use?.. just the allen wrenches in my experience. Chain breaker about once a season. Just buy this

Hex Wrenches - Perfect to Carry on My Bike

I carry these wrenches on my bike all the time. They are heavy duty and maybe weigh a little but on my 40 lb Raleigh Roadster - Who Cares?

        Back to Basics

My back-up hex set. I've ended up keeping this in the junk-drawer of the house because it is handy to have a set of hexes around. Sure, it weighs a bit and there are slicker looking products out there. But for basic hex usages and random uses, the price is right.

          Pretty good but heavy.

The wrench is of a sturdy construction but this translates into weight. Not something I carry on my bike but a good tool to own. When using the wrench you have to hold the individual key that you are using tightly otherwise it will try to fold back in, but so is the case for any other similar product.

            Light and Solid

I actually won these after a MTB race. Didn't win the race (got 2nd), but was pretty happy with this little prize as my last allen key set had just died.

The keys are sturdy enough for some hard wrenching, and they stick together so you don't have any rattling in your bag as you ride along.
