Item # OTT0001

Simplifies drivetrain tuning.

The OTTO Tuning System is an ingenious solution for dialing in precise, ultra-accurate shifts on your Shimano/SRAM 10/11-speed drivetrain. Great for competitive racers, road cycling enthusiasts, and trail riders, the OTTO Tuning System verifies your rear derailleur's alignment issues in less than a minute with the download of OTTO's app in the iTunes store (check tech specs for iPhone compatibility). The application is free for checking the rear derailleur's alignment and provides a positive or negative index score, so you can make the appropriate barrel adjustments (clockwise/counter clockwise). It also provides angle and twist measurements, letting you know if your rear derailleur is bent. For full derailleur adjustments and tuning guides, you'll have to purchase an OTTO app subscription.

  • Compatible with Shimano/SRAM 10/11-speed drivetrains
  • Works with OTTO's iPhone app
  • Gives feedback on alignment issues for quick adjustments
  • Offers full tuning guides with purchased app subscriptions

This product is unnecessary. Not only is it easy to tune your derailleur by sight and sound, but this thing also doesn't really work. I got it for free as part of a gift bag in a gran fondo. It gives you a different reading every time you scan, and you have to pay to use it. Yes, after you buy it for $40, you have to pay a subscription if you want to use it on multiple bikes, or even use the "guided tuning" feature.

    It's a joke.
