Great shoe, fits perfect, Michelin tacky soles and like the rachet lace tightener vs a BOA. Filled in SPD sole openings with Shimano plugs. I was looking for an all around hike a bike, camp and varied soft pack, gravel, road and hard trail with minimal MTB, this shoe is it. I ride a hybrid bike with pinned pedals since if I leave the roost accidently, I like a quick detachment. The reason is experience with MX 450YZ and Enduro EXC 500 riding. Northwave did their homework designing this shoe.Its the Alpine Star of Bicycle shoes.
