With incredible descending capabilities and efficient climbing ability, the Norco Sight is an all-mountain machine built to send it. The frame construction is a combination of an aluminum rear triangle and carbon front triangle to give us the perfect balance of stiffness, durability, and weight savings. 150mm of Horst Link rear suspension gets a refined leverage curve to encourage us to tackle bigger lines and then pedal right back up to the top for more. The 29er version's 64-degree headtube angle pairs with a short offset 160mm fork for smashing through gnarly terrain with knife-like precision, while the steep seat-tube angle puts us in a powerful position for the climb back to the top of the mountain. The Sight also gets a low standover height on every size so that we can select our size based on our riding style rather than our height.

This specific Norco Sight C2 kit is smartly spec'd with performance-minded components that still leave a bit of cash left over if we want to dip our toes into the local enduro race scene. Shifting duties are handled by a combination of reliable components from their XT and SLX drivetrains, and an e*thirteen Vario chain guide ensures we're not left putting our chain back on after a rowdy descent. The 4-piston Shimano SLX brakes give us plenty of stopping power when things start to get out of hand, and a pair of Stan's Flow S2 wheels keep us rolling over most obstacles we find out there. A 160mm Fox Performance Elite 36 fork works in tandem with the Performance FLOAT X2 outback to help soak up massive rock drops and crush through gnarly rock gardens while holding speed.
