Lumina 750 Headlight

Be it at dawn or dusk, setting out to ride in low-light conditions is always risky. It's not always enough to be seen by motorists — you need to see well, too. Whether sharing the road with vehicles or carving through some trails, incredibly bright headlights like the NiteRider Lumina 750 will light up the night, leaving no bump or curve unlit, so you can focus on the ride.

The Lumina 750 is the top-shelf of the company's cordless Lumina series. The LED bulb and lithium-ion battery are encased in a sleek, weatherproof, and very durable single-piece shell. Cranking out an amazing 750 lumens means the light's brightness is on par with that of a car's headlight. It features a flash mode and four solid light levels — high, medium, low, and walk. The light will last 1.5 hours at 750 lumens, 3 hours at 350 lumens, 5.5 hours at 150 lumens, and 18 hours at 40 lumens.

The NiteRider Lumina 550 Light comes with a USB charger and a helmet mount, as well as a quick-release handlebar mount that can accommodate up to a 31.8mm bar. Charging it from a 500mA power source, such as your laptop, takes about 6 hours, but with a power source over 500mA, such as a wall socket, charging can take as little as three hours. The entire assembly weighs 172 grams.
