This is a trainer designed for speed and crafted without seams. Welded construction eliminates those nasty seam bulges that rub against your foot when you're crossing the threshold of a long run, and for some distance runners, that might be enough to never look at a sewed shoe again. Traditionally, a trainer of this nature would sport a high heel-toe-offset, but the M890 features just eight millimeters of heel-toe offset so you're encouraged to strike on your midfoot or forefoot while moving closer to a more natural foot movement. You should expect a certain level of balanced design and refinement from any shoe in its third season of existence, and this shoe delivers for runners of all levels.
