Toasty gams.

Blustery Fall days and early morning rides call for more than just your everyday pair of bib shorts, leading to the inevitable wasted time trying to get knee warmers to sit just right and bunching, pinching, and shifting out on the road. Avoid the knee warmer woes and keep your gams toasty with the Nalini men's E15TRESTE Fleeced Bib Knickers. Made from cozy fabrics, these knickers are built to shepherd you comfortably through chilly miles.

Nalini fashions these knickers from its Cold Moa Medium fabric, which boasts a blend of soft thermal insulation and breathability to keep you warm and dry no matter how hard you ride. The fabric also has just the right amount of stretch to move with you through the pedaling motion and avoid constriction while providing a touch of support for your muscles.

The E15TRESTE Fleeced Bib Knickers feature Nalini’s Race chamois to keep you riding in comfort hour after hour. Strategically placed gel inserts relieve pressure and eliminate numbness while high-density foam padding is shaped to provide support for your sit bones and cushioning for your soft tissues. The insert is finished with an antimicrobial, moisture-wicking microfiber cover to keep you cool, dry, and irritation-free.

Perfect for Rides in the 50's

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

Nalini makes high end Italian cycling gear in Italy. All their gear runs small by North American sizing. I usually need a Large or XL in Sugoi, Pearl Izumi or Hincappi but wear a XXL or XXL in Castelli, Giordono or Gore. For reference I have 46" chest & 35" waist.
These knickers have just the right insulation for rides starting in the high 40's & ending in the low 60's. weather that is common in Northern Vermont from spring to early fall. I would buy another pair if I didn't have so much gear.

Buying a second pair for this price

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XXXL

Based on the other reviews I bought a 3XL and they are NOT too small. I am 6'4" and 195. I love these for Spring rides right now in the high 40s to 50s. However, I agree with the others that there is no fleece and these are a true lightweight knicker. I thing they are perfect for Spring when it's just too cool for shorts. The yellow stitching matched my Castelli jacket so I am buying another pair with red stitching to make a second kit with another light jacket. The chamois is different but I liked it; firm and race cut. I am glad I didn't pass these up at $72!

Really small!

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small

At 5'6", 132lbs, I always buy Size S bicycle clothing. My initial reaction upon seeing this item was it was XXS (if there is such a size in bike clothing). It looks like it will fit my 8 year old! I tried it on thinking that maybe it is very stretchy, but it was quite uncomfortably tight around my 30.5 inch waist. The primary advantage of bibs over shorts is waist comfort! It might fit a 100lb adult with a 27inch waist.

Look at the attached photo. On the left is my Pearl Izumi Knicker and the right is the Nalini Knicker (both size S). Like they say, a picture says 1000 words :-).

Oh, and BTW, it doesn't seem to have too much of a fleece lining.

Really small!

thanks Buddy. I thought was gaining too much weight:) nice fabric and make. just toooo tiny.

nalini bib knickers

  • Fit: Runs small

I am sooooo disappointed! these are advertised as fleece line knickers. I thought for a "warmer" knicker for days in the high 30', low 40's these would be great. they are the lightest weight fabric of any of my bottoms, including summer bib shorts. And that is only the beginning. I am 5' 9", 163lbs and a solid medium. this medium wouldn't fit a 12 year old! I almost think they are mismarked and should be for children. nailini is now off of my shoppoing list!

I should have paid attention to your review before buying! These are indeed too small (look at my review above).
