Built to beat the heat.

Nalini’s form-fitting Aeprolight Bodysuit is designed to tackle the hottest mid-summer rides in comfort. Nalini treated its proprietary synthetic fabric with Coldblack to reduce temperature and a hydrophilic treatment to pull moisture away from your skin.

The main body fabric is Nalini’s proprietary Hot Moa Light with a tight, anatomic fit. Nalini chose this particular fabric for its low weight and extreme breathability. The uppers are made with a highly breathable anatomic-fit synthetic mesh panels. As this fabric promotes airflow, it works with your body to regulate temperatures and increase endurance. Raglan sleeves eliminate the irritating binding sensation that many skinsuits can cause at the shoulders. The crotch panel is an anti-abrasion material for added durability.

Nalini treated its Hot Moa fabric with both a hydrophilic coating and a Coldblack treatment. The first treatment, called Moa Mandatory, quickly pulls moisture away form your skin and moves it to the surface of the fabric, where it evaporates. The second treatment, Coldblack, reflects the sun’s heat to reduce the temperature of the fabric. This treatment also guarantees a UPF rating of at least 30 to protect your skin from UV rays.

The Aeprolight uses a full-length zipper at the front with an easy-to-use cam block puller. Three pockets at the back of the suit provide storage for nutrition, and a dedicated radio pocket takes care of your media device. Silicone grippers at the cuffs keep the suit in place.

The suit’s insert is Nalini’s KRONO pad. This triple-density, three-thickness chamois was developed with input from Nalini’s pro riders. The thermo-perforations at the pad’s surface manage moisture and allow your skin to breathe while you ride.

Great Suit and Feels Fast

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small

This is my second purchase of the same suit. The first one I purchased, I cut the sleeves off to make it more comfortable during the summer. That is how much I love this suit compared to the other brands. The quality is up there with the other brands and the fabric just feels fast. The second suit cut appears bigger than the one I purchased a year ago. Generally, from my experience the European cut are smaller than the US sizes and need to size up. However, for the 2016 version of this suit, the cut feels roomier, and I feel both suits stretched out over time and wear. I purchased a medium with a height of 5 ft 8 in and chest and waist of 38 and 29, respectively and I believe I could have purchased a small. I hope this helps those who are trying to figure out sizing. I have ridden this suit with the long sleeves in temps from 60 -80 degrees. I will not comment on the pad as those are very subjective in my opinion.

Phenomenal fit.

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

The Nalini bodysuit fit like a glove. It is my first product from them, but it won'the be my last.

Great suit!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

I bought the suit for a 4-day fast ~ 213km/day ride from San Francisco to Orange County.
The fit was perfect (no looseness or flapping) and the chamois was EXCELLENT! I was comfortable on a carbon seat with no padding.
The large weighed only 270g and had more coverage than my Assos and Castelli L/S skin suits. It felt like I'd boil when I tried it on, but on the ride thermoregulation was perfect. My only requests are that I'd like the sleeves to be 5cm longer and I'd like a collar (~2 cm) - both for sun protection. There was a 4 - 5 cm gap between the sleeves and my gloves.

I am also concerned about the long sleeves. What temperatures were you using it in?
