New for 2008, the Crank Brothers Candy 2ti pedals sport hollow stainless steel spindles and 6al/4v titanium wings. The Candy pedal takes all of the positives of the Egg Beater pedal, but makes clipping-in even easier. This is due largely to the fact that surrounding the Candy's 4-sided wing, is a small composite platform that provides extra support for your shoes and gives your feet a bigger target as you're trying to engage the pedal in a hurry.
Just like the Egg Beaters, the Crank Brothers Candy 2ti pedals give you 6 degrees of float and comes with cleats specific to the two-bolt pattern characteristic of mountain bike shoes. 267g.
