Don’t you wish your favorite trails inspired a tire? The WTB Dissent Race is designed to perfectly meet with the terrain of the legendary Whistler Mountain Bike Park. So, if you’re going there, get this tire. But since you’re probably riding your improvised perfect park, think of this tire as an all condition tire that has big knobs for biting and grabbing most earthly conditions.
The WTB Dissent Race tire folds thanks to its Aramid bead. The tread is made of Super Track DNA rubber is 50a durometer, which is considered fairly sticky. The casing is lightweight for performance and a greater footprint. The tire is listed as 2.5” wide, but it’s more accurately 58/65, 58mm at the widest point of the tread and 65mm at the widest point of the casing. The tire is considered a Freeride/Downhill tire that can do just about everything, from dry to moist, from hardpack to loose. 935g.
