The changes to the Shimano Deore XT HB-M775 quick release front hubs are incremental. It's largely the same internals, if not exactly the same internals, with a slightly wider diameter axle (14mm as opposed to 10mm) made of aluminum instead of steel, and the shell design is largely the same. The subtle differences have allowed Shimano to trim 20g from the hub.
The Shimano Deore XT HB-M775 Front Disc Hub comes with drilled for either 32 or 36 spokes. The hollow axle is 14mm and comes with a standard quick release skewer. It runs on loose ball bearings and has angular contact seals, and it's specifically designed to work with Shimano CenterLock rotors. The over locknut distance is 100mm on a 108mm axle. The hub is designed to work with forks that are compatible with quick release hubs. At this moment, we don't have spoke hole circle or center to flange data; are working on getting this soon. 230g.
