This is more than just the crankset you turn to after waking up from carbon sticker shock. The TruVativ Stylo 3.3 Crankset is an impressive crankset on its own. The aluminum arms are light and stiff, the chainrings are durable and pinned, and everything is finished well. A plus is that the external bottom bracket cups are light, roll smoothly, and seal well. While it doesn’t affect performance, SRAM has even posted an installation video online to show you how easy it is to get it set up properly.

The TruVativ Stylo 3.3 Crankset is designed to work in tandem with 9-speed cassettes. The crankarms are forged and made of 7050-TV aluminum. They come in 170 and 175mm sizes. The bolt circle diameter is 64/104mm. The included chainrings are 44/32/22, are made of 7075-T6 aluminum. The three rings are CNC’ed before being anodized black. The middle and outer rings are pinned. The chainring bolts are alloy and are mated to stainless nuts for durability. The bolt that joins the left crankarm to the GXP spindle is self-extracting. The crankset comes with the Giga X Pipe Team Bottom Bracket. The finish of the crankarms is mirror black. The weight, with bottom bracket, is 880g.
