This is designed to work differently than most other external-cup bottom brackets. The right side bearings are designed to float a bit, while the left side is held in place. The design not only eliminates the necessity to side-load the bearings during installation, but should roll smoother and last longer. English threaded Aluminum cups are designed to work with 68 and 73mm wide bottom bracket shells. A total of eight seals keep the outside out of the bearings.
