When Syncros first got off the ground, they had two must-have products. Their welded stem and their zero-setback seatpost. The stem was a quill and, thankfully, those days are over. The post is alive and well and still a must-have after all these years -- the Syncros Micro-Adjust 7075 seatpost.

It's a hardcore cross-country marathon component. The shaft is 7075 aluminum, with the Syncros logo burned in white on the black anodized post. It's not rubbing off before the apocalypse. The aluminum alloy head is a plug pushed into the seat post rod. It is a robust two-bolt design. Two stainless steel bolts go through the head to two threaded cylinders that are pushed into the top of the clamp. The top has a semi-circle that pushes down on the seat rails while a sliding semi-circle is cradled in the post head and pushed up on the rails. The result is seat rails that won't move once locked into place.

The Syncros Microadjust Seatpost is drawn from 7075 aluminum. It has a two-bold microadjust clamp that is held with stainless steel hardware. There is a cutout at the bottom for securing the post with a cable on full-suspension bikes with exposed posts. It'is black and the clamp is silver. It is available is 27.2, 30.9, and 31.6mm diameter shafts and in 350 and 400mm lengths. 210g (27.2 x 350.)
