In high school, the pimply guys were drinking some "gainer fluid" which supposedly made them bigger and stronger. Bad complexion but they ended up on the football team. Today, when we bulk up for the more extreme rides, we don't add to our bodies, but to our bikes. Parts like the Syncros Gain 7075 Bar.

Syncros isn't looking to make the lightest part in the class. They're looking to have the most durable for the extreme end of the class. The Syncros Gain 7075 Bar is for all mountain or hardcore cross-country riding, with an oversize clamping area and brawn all the way from the middle to the tip. It's for bashing, thrashing, and crashing, and riding home over the steep climbs after the skin has visited the shredder.

The Syncros Gain 7075 Bar is drawn from 7075 aluminum. The stem clamp diameter is 31.8mm. There is both a low-rise and mid-rise version. The low-rise is 630mm wide with 25mm of rise and 5 degree sweep. The mid-rise version is 660mm wide with 40mm of rise and a 9 degree sweep. The bars are available in bead blasted black or matte white. Both color schemes have contrasting graphics. 240g.
