A funny thing happened on the way to making DCL. The durability of the brake lever increased. Since the lever pivots up and down as well as in, there's a very good chance that crashing on the levers will merely shift gears rather than bending or destroying an expensive lever. Saint is for hearty bikes and cyclists with a propensity for going over the edge. Accordingly, the levers have been made sturdier, with everything just a bit thicker.

These are for hydraulic disc brakes only. They feature an optical gear indicator and adjustable lever reach. They are not compatible with Flight Deck brackets and sensor kits. Please be sure to specify the compatible rear derailleur (mates with Shimano Low Normal derailleurs) when ordering.
