Tess Trueheart, bless her soul. She put up with that humorless gumshoe Dick Tracy for nearly 40 years before asking for a divorce. The shamus was always devoted to the job before his family.
We had always hoped Tess had become a mountain biker and had fallen for these grips. They are something to behold. Soft and hard at the same time. Hard enough not to move on the bar and take abuse at the ends. Soft in the middle so the hand digs into the grip and not vice versa.
The Ritchey True Grip VI has two different durometers of Kraton rubber. The harder grey compound is the base while the softer black compound is for shock damping. There is a bulb in the middle to better fit the palm of a hand. The endcap can be removed for fitting bar ends. 120g.
