If we haven't made a "transformer" joke about I-9 hubs, well, we'll let you figure out the hook. The hubs are for QR's, for thru-axles, for Maverick axles: you name it, the hubs fit it.

This kit is the Industry Nine Maverick Conversion kit. It converts either a QR or thru-axle hub to a Maverick 24mm pipe thru axle. The kit includes the axle and end caps. The work is yours to do and it's easy. Remove endcaps. Remove existing axle with a plastic hammer. A bearing will come out with the axle. Push in the Maverick offset axle. The short side is the disc side. The long is the non-disc. Once the axle is in press in the bearing that came out. Hand thread on the end caps until they're tight. Then use a 1.5mm allen key to tighten the set screws. The tricky part comes after assembly, because the wheel now needs to be re-dished right. Not by much, I-9 tells us 1.5mm, but it should be done all the same.
