The Continental Mountain King 29 takes the succesful Mountain King design and applies it to the 29 inch wheel. It still maintains the lightweight qualities we associate with Continental designs, and it works in most any condition -- wet, dry, mud or gravel -- making a great option for either front or rear.

The rounded tread is comprised of short, sharp, widely spaced knobs, which means they can both dig and shed. The side knobs are a bit taller for better gription in turns. Continetal's short knobs are designed as all-rounders with a bias toward wet conditions.

The Continental Mountain King 29 tire comes in both 2.2" and 2.4" widths with 29" diameter. The casing is made from 3 ply 180tpi cloth, and it has a foldable Kevlar bead. The tread and sidewalls are Black. Maximum inflation pressure is 65psi. 735g (2.2)/ 860g (2.4).
