For some companies “technical liner” means nylon boxer brief. Not so for Swobo. Theirs is a lycra-mesh, padded with a real Italian chamois, leg-grippered innershort that works well under regular baggy clothes in general and superbly underneath all Swobo knickers, pants, and shorts. For those who already have Swobo outer bottoms, this is a replacement liner, and there are buckles and snaps to pull out the other liner and attach this one.
