Headed to Whistler? Here’s the bike for you. The Turner Highline was introduced in 2006, refined in 2007, and fully dialed in 2008. It's overbuilt (if you can say that about any bike with North Shore purposes in mind) with a 1.5” oversized headtube and a massive top tube and downtube. Weighing in at just 10.5 lbs, it's now designed to withstand the 20 ft drops, rip downhills, and leap "Capital T" in a single bound -- everything that defines extreme freeriding, yet still climb.
Turner uses a custom Fox DHX 5.0 coil shock, to provide the frame's 7.1"of plush travel. Turner also refined the geometry in 2007 (shorter top tube, improved standover, and slightly increased head angle), and now the Highline's versatility is off the charts. Each pivot features full complement needle (roller) bearings to ensure a smooth, stable suspension stroke.
The Turner Highline is available in Candy Apple Blue or Iron Glimmer powdercoats in Small, Medium, or Large sizes (XL is sold out for the year). A handful of Semi-gloss black frames are available as well. It's a dedicated disc frame, and it requires a 27.2 mm seatpost and is able to accommodate a 34.9mm Traditional Top Pull Front Derailleur if you'd like to utilize multiple chainrings.
Please note -- we have one medium Candy Blue left in stock. All other orders will be available to ship in approximately mid-June. There are limited quantities left at this special price.
