The Titus ML-1 is crafted from aluminum with a triple-butted, hydroformed downtube and seat strut. These shaped tubes and oversized chainstays give the ML-1 a perfect boost of stiffness to keep its plushness from ever feeling mushy. It utilizes a strut-style Horst link suspension design with a custom valved Fox Float RP2 shock, giving it an ideal balance of pedaling performance and plushness. Beefy Horst dropouts with bushings further accentuate the stiffness and the trackability, making it agile and stable in most any downhill terrain. The Titus ML-1 makes bike shopping easy, as it's outfitted with quality components including a Fox TALAS R front fork, SRAM X-7 trigger shifters and derailleur, Avid Juicy 3 disc brakes, Mavic CrossRide wheelset, Kenda Nevegal Tires and MaXm handlebar, stem and seatpost. You can adjust the travel of the Titus ML-1 on the trail. It's easily accomplished by moving the lower shock mount Allen bolt to its alternate position (the top setting is 5", the lower setting is 4"). It accepts forks ranging from 100mm-140mm travel, and it has loads of tire clearance -- it can handle 2.4's without a problem.
