Campagnolo 11 Speed Spacer

Campy surprised the bike world when they introduced their 11-speed shifting system. One day it didn't exist; the next it was there. This sudden change caught wheel manufacturers off-guard. In many cases they had to do something so the new 11-speed cassette would fit on the 10-speed cassette body without having the tallest cog hitting either the flange or the spokes. Most came up with a simple solution. A very simple solution.

Mavic's solution is a .55mm spacer that goes between the flange on the inside edge of the cassette body and the cassette. This moves the tallest cog just far enough so neither the cog nor the chain nor the rear derailleur is hitting the drive side spokes.

This .55mm spacer will work with all their Campagnolo-compatible 10-speed cassette bodies. That body is referred to in Mavicland as FTS-L (Force Transfer System-Light) ED-10. Actual weight is 2g.
