Surprisingly very nice.

I didn't think this would fit, but it did. It is very soft and comfortable.

Great for hot days above 85 degrees

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

This jersey fabric isn't stiff, itchy or high tech. This jersey is for really hot days when you want to feel a cool breeze. It does sag a bit when you put a BIG phone in the pocket, but hey, for the $22 it costs, it is SOOOOO worth it! I have 3 of them and all of them have been worn many times. I would buy it again because it is only $22 and it's comfy.

Nice go to jersey

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small

Most of my go-to jerseys are LG. I added this one to my cycling wardrobe and am pleased. Material is lightweight, non-itchy, breathes, and moves well. Fabric quality is equal to higher cost jerseys. LG runs small so had to size up. I am very pleased for the price.

Material too stretchy, shallow pockets

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large

Me 5'9/160/36C/150 miles a week and ordered a Large which is slightly big on me. I think this jersey is meant to be a relaxed fit, however, because of the stretchiness of the material, carrying my cellphone in one of the back pockets causes the jersey to sag annoyingly to one side. The pockets are also rather shallow. Decent basic jersey if you have other layers with better pockets. I wore it once, but it will likely sit unused in my closet in the future.

Next time try looking into a jersey with 'carbon fiber' woven into it...it adds strength and resilience...will aid in supporting the 'pocket loads', meaning minimal to no sagging at all. It also helps with the jersey's 'memory', and adds a bit more durability.

Also too, I believe B.C. still has a "return anytime, no questions asked" policy! Take advantage of it. Exchange it for maybe a Giordana F.R.C. jersey, while they're on sale!

I love this jersey when it's above 85 degrees. It can't be beat for a cool feeling when riding in the heat of the day.

I'd Buy It Again

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

The fabric of this jersey is so smooth and light compared to all of my other jerseys. I would recommend this for any hot weather riding.

nice hot weather jersey

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size

Got this for my wife and its her go to jersey for nasty hot days here in SLC. The material is super light weight, has great ventilation, and the Flash Blue color looks great too.

smooth feel over some scratchier jerseys ~ I like the back pattern that could attract attention from drivers to help from getting run over. good buy for the price

Fabric is soft and light weight and I really like that this jersey has full torso coverage without being tight.

No complaints

i like this jersey a lot. I don't think it's the cutest one I own, but it's one of the most comfortable. The fit is a little more relaxed than others, but isn't baggy. I read a review that mentioned the pockets were saggy when items were placed in them, I don't feel this way. I carry my phone and a snack in mine and have never felt like it was dragging. This is a very comfortable jersey that has kept me cool and comfortable on many rides thus far.

Saggy fabric

While the fabric is soft and the jersey is comfortable it is very stretchy. What this means is that if you put your cell phone or a gel flask in the back pocket then expect the back of your jersey to sag down to your booty. My fellow cyclists said that it looked like I was carrying a load of bricks back there. I will wear this jersey when I don't have much to put in the back pockets. Bummer.

Garments made with 'carbon in the fiber will hold much better. Next time try Giordana's FR-C if you can, I think you'll love it! It runs smallish', so if in-between sized, order up.
There's some other brands that offer this technical fabric that you can try, too.

Hi, According to the size chart, I am...

Hi, According to the size chart, I am between a size small and medium. Would it be better to error on the more fitted side for a jersey?

Responded on

Yes, get the small. The fabric is really great, you do not feel uncomfortable.

Responded on

Just a note for future sizing references: Always check size charts on both B.C. & at Competitivecyclist.com (affiliated on-line stores!) because the charts sometimes differ! On this size chart, a small is listed as a 34" chest, but on Competitivecyclist.com a small is listed as 32"; which is probable more like the actual correct measurement for this jersey. So, this jersey (and some others) just seem to run large because the chart is not accurate. So look on both sites, (sometimes they're the same) and lean towards Comp.cyclist for a more realistic sizing.
Hope this helps your future purchases!
