My new favorite shorts

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Medium

I snagged these during the sale and I couldn't love them more. Wish I could have bought more pairs. I'm 5'5 and 125lbs and I got a medium. These run small. I've been wearing these on all my rides lately. I recently did a metric century and was very comfortable.

Love these shorts!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have the candy purple and the white already and decided to buy the black and white, as well. I do notice among the three pairs of shorts, there is a size disparity - it would be curious to know how many panels they cut at the same time when manufacturing.

The chamois is great for a metric century and imagine it would be good for longer - I will have to check it out. It's so nice to enjoy the end of a ride.

Love these shorts!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: M

I own these in several colors & absolutely love them. My longest ride so far is 70+mi & I was very comfy- didn't give my seat a thought even once!

Buyer beware...

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is my third pair or Neo shorts, they are my absolute favorite! Great material and padding for long rides. Last year I got two pairs and loved them so much that I just got another pair. They run small, so you pretty much have to order one size up. Last year I ordered a Large and they were pretty perfect. I have lost 12 lbs since then and still ordered a Large, but I must say that this one is very, very small, in fact I could barely get the waste to go over my hips and the legs are really tight (I do not have big legs!). I wonder if I would have been able to pull them up at all, had I not lost those 12 lbs.!
I am disappointed to see that there's no consistency in the sizes, this is my only complaint about these shorts and the only reason why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. So just be aware of this issue. I'm 5'8" and weigh 142 lbs.

My favorite cycling shorts!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Size Bought: XL

These have become my favorite cycling shorts. I've worn out my first pair and recently bought a second. The length (even with long legs, I'm about 5'11") is great and they don't ride up. Not too long or short. I'm a curvy lady and these shorts don't dig into your legs or waist but fit very comfortably. The chamois is great, I've worn these on long 80-100mi rides. The seam placement is also flattering.
5 stars in my book!

Great shorts! Run small tho so beware

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

These are great looking shorts! However, I got a small and they were way too tight.

I actually ordered up to a large. I am 5'4 110 lbs and usually wear a small. I have a LG jersey that I had ordered in a small and a 10 year old could wear it, returned and got a medium and it's still a bit short/tight....That's why I ordered up by 2 sizes and decided to get a large in the shorts. I will report back on the large size in 2 days when I receive them. CC is a great company to deal with. I have ordered many things from them and never had a problem with anything-Happy shopping:)

2nd part:

ok I am back and have the Large size. They fit great. So just keep in mind these run really small but are a great pair of bike shorts!

Tiny shorts!

These shorts are really attractive and well-made, but are REALLY small. I ordered size small (I am 5' 7", 130 lbs, usually wear size 4 in pants and shorts), and I couldn't even get them on! Re-ordered them in size Medium, they are better. Still snug, but I'm keeping them. Hope I don't gain weight! :-)

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

I have worn these a few times in spin class and they are great. They are very comfortable, stay up and provide a lot of comfort.

    So comfortable!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

I love these shorts. They fit snug but so comfortable and they are very stylish. I have the white trim and the blue pair and they look great with my jerseys. The length is perfect and they do not ride up. They are not too short and not too long. For me there is some bulging inside thigh but I am OK with that because they feel great and so comfortable. According to sizing chart I should have bought an XL (I have a wider midsection compared to the rest of my measurements) but I bought a large and they fit great. Snug but comfortable.

    Fit is great

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

When I pulled these out of the bag I thought, "There is no way these are going to fit!" They did and they fit great. I love the high waist band and the legs openings have a smooth panel that keeps you from having the ugly leg roll thing. I wore these on a 4 hour 31 mile mountain climb/descent last week and they were super comfortable. They are shorter than most of my shorts. They did climb up a little but not to the point that I had to pull them down. They are going to be great for hot summer rides. No more cyclist tan line when I'm wearing regular shorts. I'm attaching a very ridiculous photo but you get the idea of how they fit. I'm 5' 112lbs and I got the small.

    Fit is great

    Great fit, but transparent

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I took the plunge and got my first white shorts. The fit is outstanding. Comfortable and unbelievably flattering. However, the white is so transparent that a light tan birth mark on my upper thigh is visible...the panels covering the more private areas are somewhat opaque, but still cause me to fear arrest for public indecency. Rather than return them, though, I'll just ride faster so no one can see me, because I know these will be excellent on the very hot days to come. The short length is new to me and I'm astounded that there is no sausage leg. The padding is perfect. If they go on sale again I'll be sure to get them in a more modest black.

    • Fit: True to size

These are AMAZING! I love the wide waist band. it doesn't cut into your sides like many bike shorts do. They have that great snug fit without giving you the extra bulge look, which ladies lets be honest, isn't cute for anyone!

The padding in this is heavenly! Its think, the stitching is just right so it doesn't rub the wrong way. I don't think you can go wrong with these! I definitely recommend these to all my lady friends :)

Anyone tried this shorter version of the neo 10" length...wondering if there is a problem with them riding up since there's no grippers at the leg cuffs...maybe I should ask "how far up" do they ride (?)!

I have been using the 7'' ones and have no problem at all. Very pleased with them.
