Does what it supposed to

I fit in my spare tube, patch kit, keys, phone, and CO2 cartridge in lieu of carrying a pump when I ride with this bag, but dont expect to fit much more in (it is a mini bag after all). Its superlightweight.
I only took off points due to the fact that I prefer the strap which goes around the seatpost to be velcro whereas this one has a cord which seems less rigid and has the possibility of wearing out over time.

how do you install the bag?
i get that the clip fits over the seat rails and snaps in. i'm not sure what to do with the elastic draw cord, or the metal hook on the bottom of the bag.

Perfect fit for Aero Seatpost

Bought this and the Little bag for either my Kestrel Talon or my wife's Scott Speedster. The Mini fit both bikes fantastically. the Mini holds everything you need, tube, 16g CO2(2), nozzle, tire tools, mini tool and a little more room for extras. the elastic could be designed better but i like it better than the traditional Velcro seat post strap.
