Louis Garneau Carbon Ion Short Sleeve Jersey $0.00
Every cycling company out there claims its gear is the lightest. The folks at Louis Garneau have the number to back up their claim: 126. As in grams. The Carbon Ion 2 Jersey is one of the lightest jerseys available. And when it comes to all-day, midsummer rides, every gram counts.
We couldn’t believe the light weight of the Carbon Ion fabric (95% polyester, 5% Resistex carbon fiber). We were also impressed with Carbon Ion’s breathability and remarkable moisture-wicking capability. Complementing the Carbon Ion are panels of Carbon Superleggera (75% Coolmax FX fiber, 25% Politex Carbon Resistex). Superlegerra’s lightweight knit provides excellent airflow to keep you cool and comfortable. An antibacterial treatment helps fight odor.
The full-length zipper lets you dump heat in a hurry, and three angled back pockets give you quick, easy access to your supplements. The elastic hem gripper keeps the Carbon Ion from riding up your back as you crank, and reflective elements make you more visible. Garneau’s Pro Fit provides excellent aerodynamics and muscle support to reduce vibration.
The Louis Garneau Carbon Ion Jersey 2 comes in Black, White, and Red. It is available in sizes X-Small to XXX-Large.

- Familiarity:I've used it several times
this is jersey is the closest thing to not wearing anything at all. the size is between pro and club. its not so tight you feel it or so loose it flaps. i love it but because its so light im not sure how well it will hold up after a bunch of washings. its the best jersey ive used for hot humid days.
Feels like it isn't there
Just got this and am impressed. Got a large and it is snug, but not racer-tight/form-fitting. I'm 6', about 172 lbs and a 41 chest. Could have gone medium, but would likely be VERY tight.
Jersey feels as if it isn't even there. So light and breathable. Likely will be a great warm-weather jersey, it is comfortable in the cool (mid-70s) temps we have now, and with a base layer would be ok too. Would recommend.
Great warm weather jersey
This jersey is especially well suited to hot days and long rides. Lighteweight fabric that feels great on the skin--no static. It wicks great and the full zipper helps vent on long hot hills. I like the sleeve design--no constriction and right length. I wear a x-large so definitely pro cut. I also have this jersey in sleveless.
