Louis Garneau knows that when the cold weather hits, your feet need to stay both warm and dry out on those arctic roads. Its new Bimax Shoe Covers keep you protected, as they were constructed with a blend of materials that keep the water and wind out, and the warmth in.
The Bimax Shoe Covers were made with panels of 3mm neoprene and Windtex. Neoprene was applied to the covers' lower and back panels, as its rubber-like structure provides both strength and insulation. Garneau used the 3-ply Wintex material for the front and top sections of the covers, due to its composition being waterproof, breathable, and highly elastic. Wintex's makeup relies on a micro-perforated polyurethane membrane that keeps the water and wind out, yet is still exceptionally breathable.
The covers extend above your ankles and are sealed off in the back with seam-sealed zippers, further protecting your feet and lower legs from the elements. Reinforced openings at the heel and midfoot provide an uninterrupted interface between your cleats and pedals, as well as allowing your shoes' heels to be exposed for traction while walking. Garneau finished off the covers with reflective elements to keep you seen by motorists in low-light conditions.
The Louis Garneau Bimax Shoe Covers are available in five sizes from X-Small to X-Large and in the color Black.
