Legendary durability.

Look engineers outdid themselves again with the Keo Blade 2 Pro Team Ti Ltd. Edition Mondrian pedals. Lighter, stiffer, and more reliable than their predecessors, the Mondrians use the same single carbon blade mechanism and add stylistic flair that you won’t find on other pedals. With wider surfaces than the original Keos, the Mondrians provide stronger platforms and increased cornering clearance. To prove their legendary durability, Look spindles are approved only after a rotational test of 2 million cycles at 100 rpm, with a load of 90kg and an eccentric rotation that simulates real-life pedaling. This is more than you’ll ever give them on the road, and these pedals may outlast your legs.

The Keo Blade 2s rely on a carbon fiber blade at their heart to flex against retention plates and hold your cleats in place. The blades are placed in the full length of each pedal, holding your feet more securely, increasing the pedals’ aerodynamic profiles, and ensuring the same foot contact at any pedaling angle.

  • Titanium spindles

ehh they work okay

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Comparing to other brands, this is NOT the lightest.
Right off the bat, they creak like crazy until I put some dry-lube on the cleats (walking ones) and contact points on the pedals --- this is a common problem with LOOK, but i'm certain all (besides Shimano) pedals/cleats need maintenance at some point. If Shimano made the Dura Ace lighter, I would NOT even bother with other brands for pedals.
