Lezyne Tech Drive Floor Pump $59.95
If you're a fan of the simple life, the Lezyne Tech Floor Drive Pump will appeal to your sensibilities. The Tech Floor Drive is a straightforward floor pump with one foot in the past and another in the present. Utilizing contemporary technology and retro-aesthetics, the Tech Floor Drive makes a nice accompaniment to any home work bench; right next to your wool jersey collection.
The Lezyne Tech Floor Drive Pump's beautiful varnished wood handle has all of the charm and charisma of the old steel Silca pumps, but don't think for a minute that the Tech Floor Drive operates like an antique. With a Composite Matrix base, aluminum barrel, and a steel piston, the Tech Floor Drive proves it's rooted in the modern age. Lightweight, durable, and efficient, the Tech Floor Drive will deliver years of accurate usage.
The Tech Floor Drive Pump also features a 2.5-inch diameter dial that reads up to 160psi. It uses a 43 inch rubber hose with a flip-thread chuck for both Schrader and Presta valves. The valve head includes Lezyne's Air Bleed System for accurate air regulation. The Tech Floor Drive pump includes a Presta-only Speed Chuck. This valve head has a 90 degree bend that it makes it the valve head of choice for precariously positioned valve stems -- like those found on disc wheels, tri-spokes, and deep dish aero wheels.
The Lezyne Tech Floor Drive Pump is available in one size, and is available in the color Silver.
What community has to say
I got it for a bargin
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I bought a gold one for $24, can't ask for a better price. I guess nobody wanted that color.
It has a plastic base, but so far it's held up well. The gage works decent and it has adapters for all the valves you come across.

"Lezyne?s headquarters are located in San Luis Obispo, California, USA; all of their products are assembled at their factory in Taichung, Tawiwan. Also housed in the factory, is an in-house quality control team, made up of engineers that supervise construction. This site also supports a warehouse from which Lezyne ships their products to distributors, worldwide. Although being an avid cyclist is not required, many Lezyne employees do enjoy a passion for riding bikes and happily test Lezyne's products before they are in production."
Hope this helps!
Don't let the aesthetics fool you; this is a durable, shop worthy, high functioning pump.
The dual Schrader/Presta chuck is very handy, the hose stores neatly over the pump handle, and the pressure meter is fairly accurate. I have been using this pump for over a year, on multiple bikes, and have hand zero issues. It will get a 700c tire from 0-120 psi in about 23-25 good pumps.
Important to note, the pressure meter has a minor design flaw. It does not read pressure when placed onto a previously inflated tire (like a pocket style pressure meter). It only reads as you pump. This is not a big deal, and it might just be a problem specific to my pump, but it might irk some people. Also, if your tire is above 80 psi, the pressure meter will not respond as you pump. I found that if you significantly deflate the tire (below 80 psi), then attach the chuck, the meter will work just fine.
