Description

Call it cheap insurance.

Leave it to Lezyne to turn something as ordinary as a safety light and turn it into art. The Femto Drive Front Light's durable CNC-machined aluminum body is weather-resistant, dissipates heat to protect the battery, and won't rust no matter how long you leave it outside. The Femto's lens doubles as its on/off button for a super-clean, button-free look. You can use the lens to cycle through four flash modes and one steady mode, as well.

The Composite Matrix back plate can be unscrewed to replace the two CR2032 batteries, and the multi-position silicon-rubber strap can be moved to angle the headlight up or down. The Femto provides 15 lumens of light to make you more visible in traffic. The batteries provide 30 hours of burn time in steady mode and 60 in flash.

The Lezyne Femto Front Light is available in Black, Blue, Silver, or Red and is compatible with just about any bicycle handlebar.

Nice little bike light

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Not being visible to traffic at night can be a little dangerous.
These lights are nice and inexpensive. They only really light up 5-6 feet in front of your bike, but its more than bright enough to catch the attention of cars passing by. I just leave my light on the slowest flashing mode to conserve battery.

I like that these have a little clip on them too so I can slide it onto a backpack for hiking around at night.
Great light for the money. Will probably also bring these on climbing trips and set them up at night to do some night time bouldering

simplicity!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

this light is low on price, high on ease of use. press it in for three seconds to turn it on and off, tap once to engage each of the three modes. it's a great light and a total necessity for night time riding.

Great Value

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I needed a commuter light for my circa 1995 commuter whip.
Obviously, I'm not going to spend a fortune on that.
I just need something that flashes.

At first I was puzzled because I could not get this thing to work.
Then I realized I was an idiot, and you actually have to press the light in for 3+ seconds before it will activate.

There are 3 different modes - I've been using this frequently with no issues for a month now. Good enough that I grabbed a set for my roommate as well.

We are stylin and the bank is not broken.

This light is so bright

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

That I have blinded myself very often by accident! I only wish that the strap for it was a little larger so that it had more options. Good reliable light

Great bike light option!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

For its size and price, this thing does the job. It has 4 light settings and is bright. Easily attaches to the bike and stays secure. Recommended.

just the right light

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

after a couple close calls on the rd, I decided a front light was needed. This light is very lite and very bright and has 4 different flash options plush a constant option.

Great light!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This light is very sleek, easy to install and is very bright. I use these lights every night around town and feel much safer with them on. Very good for the price.

Small, unobtrusive, and adds visibility

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bought a black one of these to put on my black road bike so it doesn't stick out. Obviously not going to work as your only source of light at night- I use a headlamp for that. It's perfect to add high visibility for oncoming traffic at dusk. It's little, works well for its intended purpose, and was cheap enough that I don't mind leaving it on the bike all the time- if it gets stolen I won't be heartbroken. No downsides so far.

Cheap junk

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I ordered 4 of these to have as emergency lights on commuter bikes, and 50% of the lights did not work at all. There is a reason these are cheap, they are cheaply made junk. My other, also cheapo, Blackburn versions actually work. Plasticky and ugly as they are, they work as emergency lights, which the Lezynes obviously do not.

Like a strobelight, like a strobelight

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share

When you are riding your bike at night, you need to be lit up. This front light does an adequate job of making sure you are seen, although I still sport a headlamp to be in accordance with local bicycle commuting laws and to add to my vision at night, as this light is made to be seen, not for you to be able to see more. Super easy to take on and off, so you dont have to worry about sketch balls stealing your stuff while your bike is locked up, just throw the lights in a pocket or a backpack, then put them back on afterwards when you are ready to ride at night. Three light options so that you can change it up during different weather and light levels, and super easy operation along with the mad compact design makes this a very good option to stay lit up

Great little light

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Has way more class than the plastic lights out there. I have this on a $4000 bike and it compliments it very well. Great value for the $$$

Gets the job done

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Overall, This bike light gets it done. This is easily one of the most inexpensive bike lights on the market so you must understand what you're working with.. However, with that being said, for $14.95 this light performs quite well. It is very small so it does not get in the way on the handlebars and is not bulky like many other bike lights these days. The light itself has two options, pulse and a "high beam", both perform quite well making it easy for drivers to see you while you're riding at night.
