great for wind and rain

When I first received this my initial reaction was hmmm.... It's not really what I would consider heavy duty and the retention system that attaches to the helmet looked nonexistent except for a small lip that runs around the edge. However, it works and it works well. Also, it doesn't completely cover all the vents of the helmet; so, you still have some breathability.
