Description

Weight weenies rejoice -- the 14g K-Edge Braze-On Adapter Clamp is the lightest way to mount a braze-on style front derailleur onto the round seat tube of your road bike. The fact that it comes in an array of colors just makes it that much more interesting. Like their line of chain retention devices, the Braze-On Adapter Clamp is CNC machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum, so even though it's likely half the weight of most other clamps, it's sturdy and provides a solid mount for precise front shifting.

The K-Edge Braze-On Adapter Clamp will fit either 31.8 or 34.9mm seat tubes. Please select accordingly. It's also available in five colors -- Black, Blue, Gunmetal, Gold, and Red.

It's a clamp!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This holds my SRAM Force derr. on really well. With the weight I saved I started carrying a strawberry starburst which is so tasty just before that last climb.
